This is something we’re very excited about here at Crown Victoria. Each Sunday this Summer, we’ll be hosting Chefs Jose and Ends Meats. They’ll be cooking up the finest, organically raised whole pig (or pigs) for your feasting enjoyment:
Last weekend, we had a hush, hush soft opening and said hello to the two fine Pennsylvania Pigs above. It was a blast, so we’ve decided to do it every Sunday, while the weather is this good.
